Hybrid Microsoft Trainer

You're invited to apply for a four-month contract position, working two days a week onsite. The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging training sessions on meeting room technology while collaborating with fellow trainers and project leads. Your expertise will also support video production and creation of user guides.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver in-class and virtual training sessions
• Facilitate training on meeting room technology for users
• Collaborate effectively with project leads and other trainers
• Assist in video production and creating training materials
• Track attendance and maintain comprehensive training records
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of training experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Power Point
• Strong communication skills, open, and honest
• Focused on continuous improvement in training delivery
• Experience in banking or large enterprises is a plus
