We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to support and enhance SAP CRM solutions for business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of SAP CRM processes, stakeholder communication skills, and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP CRM processes
- Configure and support SAP CRM modules based on business needs
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Support incident resolution, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
- Participate in testing, deployment, and user training activities
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation
- Collaborate with integration teams for SAP and third‑party system interfaces
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant
- Strong understanding of SAP CRM functional processes and configurations
- Experience in requirement gathering and business analysis
- Knowledge of SAP integration concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile or project‑based environments
- SAP CRM certification is a plus
- Experience in support and implementation projects
- Banking or enterprise domain experience preferred
