In this role, you will be at the forefront of IT support, acting as the key contact for IT services at the Canadian Cancer Society. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting desktop issues and managing incident and service request tickets to uphold service quality. Collaborate with IT teams to deliver timely assistance and ensure user satisfaction across various provinces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the liaison between users and technology teams
• Create and manage service request tickets effectively
• Troubleshoot desktop systems and telephony services
• Conduct preventative maintenance and updates
• Analyze incident tickets for root cause identification
Requirements:
• 2+ years in structured technical support
• Familiarity with Windows 10 and Desktop Management
• Knowledge of LAN configuration and ticket systems
• Effective communication and time management abilities
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle preferred
