Position: UJA Federation Salesforce Administrator Role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to document requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Your expertise in designing Salesforce configurations and maintaining data integrity will ensure smooth operations. Additionally, a curiosity about AI capabilities can drive enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to document and understand needs

• Design robust Salesforce solutions using declarative tools

• Handle Form Assembly administration and integrations

• Improve data hygiene through maintenance and deduplication

• Provide daily support and resolve user issues efficiently

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator

• Certifications in Platform Administration and App Building

• Proficient in business analysis and stakeholder communication

• Familiarity with Salesforce technologies like NPSP is desirable

• Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset
