Join Info-Tech Research Group as a Co-op Service Desk Technician this Fall. Engage in hands-on IT work, user support, and asset management in Toronto's dynamic office environment.
The position is ideal for tech-savvy students currently enrolled in computer systems programs. As a Service Desk Technician, you’ll play a key role in managing IT assets, supporting new hires, and ensuring that systems operate at peak performance. This is a great opportunity to build experience while contributing to a leading IT research firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and repair IT hardware for users
• Prepare and image computers for deployment
• Submit warranty claims for IT equipment
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
• Provide first-time user assistance during onboarding
Requirements:
• Currently studying in a related field
• Customer service background is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
• Experience with both Windows and macOS systems
