Fidelity Agile Delivery Lead Position

This role reports to the VP of Project Governance Office, uniquely positioned to influence Agile teams and oversee product delivery. You will play a key role in resolving impediments, optimizing workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor teams on Agile practices

• Resolve bottlenecks impacting productivity

• Ensure effective team coordination

• Monitor project flow and dependencies

• Provide portfolio updates to executive leadership

Requirements:

• University Degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years working in Agile environments

• Scrum Master or Product Owner certification

• Expertise with Agile tools like Jira

• Strong facilitation and coaching abilities
