As a key member of the Enterprise Capabilities and Organizational Agility team, you will spearhead CIBC's agile transformation.
Your role involves mentoring high-performing teams, guiding leaders, and fostering a culture of empowerment. This position also supports agile delivery through data-driven insights and addresses organizational challenges to boost overall effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor leaders and teams in agile practices
• Lead planning and capability uplift initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance delivery
• Build relationships to promote agile adoption
• Demonstrate effective team leadership skills
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Agile roles like Product Owner or Scrum Master
• Advanced knowledge of agile frameworks and tools
• Certified in agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, CSM)
• Strong commitment to teamwork and inclusiveness
• Experience in creating positive work environments
