Experienced IT Consultant - Healthcare Focus

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer subject matter expertise through the Footprint system

• Triage and prioritize client support tickets efficiently

• Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution

• Conduct root cause analysis for application defects

• Identify service management process improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare

• Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains 2016 and 2018

• Experience with Logibec MMS and BSSI HFM

• 5+ years in Service Management processes

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
