You will work within a vibrant delivery team to ensure successful deployment of ERP solutions for manufacturing, logistics, and services clients. Technical configuration and process mapping will be at the core of your responsibilities as you partner with project managers and clients to create scalable solutions. Focus on mentorship and ongoing education is a hallmark of the culture in the Toronto office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate ERP configuration workshops with business units
• Analyze business processes and map them to system functions
• Configure ERP modules related to finance and HR
• Work with development teams on integrations and custom functionality
• Deliver training sessions and produce necessary documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years ERP consulting or implementation experience
• Expertise in at least one functional area such as finance
• Strong client-facing communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• PMP or ERP certification is a plus
