Senior Business Analyst Dynamics 365

Join the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee as a Senior Business Analyst for Dynamics 365. This onsite role focuses on data migration and system reporting activities.

The position is critical for supporting report development related to the data warehouse and lakehouse. Candidates should have a strong background in agile and waterfall methodologies and experience in business/system analysis specific to Dynamics 365 solutions. You will directly influence data management processes and ensure high-quality reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business/system analysis for data migration activities

• Document report requirements using user stories in Dev Ops

• Lead the building of the data lakehouse and modernized reports

• Liaise between business areas and reporting teams for clarity

• Identify and resolve data quality issues during testing

Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience in business/system analysis

• Proven ability in agile and waterfall project methodologies

• Familiarity with BI tools like PowerBI

• Basic SQL knowledge and ETL understanding

• Experience with data analytics and reporting solutions
