This key role tasks you with overseeing high-impact incidents while ensuring the technical teams respond effectively. You will mentor level 2 senior security analysts, enhancing their troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Your ability to communicate complex concepts will be crucial in guiding clients through incident resolution, ensuring both satisfaction and trust in services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage escalated cybersecurity incidents and investigations
• Train level 2 analysts on security best practices
• Coordinate responses to complex security incidents
• Provide feedback on incident report quality
• Monitor key performance indicators for service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 6 years in IT, with 4 in Information Security
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, and security tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid Security Clearance required
