Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (10+ years) to design and implement Salesforce-based CRM solutions supporting Client's inspection and investigation systems.
Join a high-impact digital modernization initiative within Client aimed at improving regulatory compliance, service delivery, and public transparency. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforce enterprise applications supporting programs such as Rabies, Food Safety, and Personal Service Settings. The position offers visibility across multiple public health systems and platforms.
Contract, Toronto, Hybrid
Must Haves- 10+ years of project management experience across government and large private sector environments
- 5+ years delivering cyber projects with robust IT knowledge of cyber threats and technologies
- Extensive use of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows
- Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Platform App Builder certification (active status)
- 5+ years integrating Salesforce with business systems using Apache NiFi, Kafka, and RapidMQ
- 5+ years implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Analytics Cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein)
- Education in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience with hybrid or native mobile application development integrated with Salesforce CRM
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office for project reporting and analysis
- Design, configure, develop, test, and implement Salesforce CRM enterprise applications supporting inspection programs
- Develop solutions compliant with access, privacy, and security legislation
- Implement Salesforce configurations and customizations to support full process life cycles from intake through case management and reporting
- Perform data migration and validation to ensure integrity across systems
- Enable mobile functionalities for field inspectors to capture data in real time
- Configure automated correspondence generation for operational workflows
- Test integrated systems for compatibility, performance, and proper functional integration
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to staff on Salesforce processes and practices
