Business Intelligence Analyst

Join the Data Governance department to deliver impactful BI insights while collaborating with internal stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires actions like designing, developing, and maintaining reporting systems while mentoring junior analysts. You will also enhance the True Source™ Dashboard, ensuring data integrity and improving operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

• Design and implement BI solutions using SQL, Power BI, and Python

• Enhance GS1 Canada’s True Source™ Dashboard for better usability

• Optimize ETL processes and improve data quality

• Produce technical documentation and support data governance initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Statistics

• 3–5 years in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis

• Experience leading projects and mentoring team members

• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel

• Knowledge in ETL processes and BI best practices
