Job Title: Identity Access Management Consultant - Senior

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: Contract

We are seeking an experienced Oracle IAM Solution Engineer to support the migration of a large-scale identity and access management platform to AWS and Red Hat Open Shift.

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Identity & Access Management (12C) solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM 11G).
• Strong expertise in Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), and IAM integrations.
• Experience deploying Oracle applications in Kubernetes/Open Shift environments.
• Proven experience with active-active multi-data center architectures.
• Experience integrating Oracle IAM solutions with Oracle Databases and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Ability to create architecture, design, deployment, and integration documentation.
• Must be associated with a recognized Oracle IAM Gold Partner.

• Upgrade OAAM 11G to Oracle Adaptive Risk Management (OARM) on Open Shift and AWS.
• Design, implement, and document secure IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and networking teams.
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer activities.

• IAM best practices, PKI, TLS/SSL, CI/CD, Agile, JIRA, Confluence, and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
