Position: Salesforce Administrator (1+ years) to manage and resolve Salesforce backlog issues across customized modules and

Our valued client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator (1+ years) to manage and resolve Salesforce backlog issues across customized modules and reporting!

This role focuses on platform maintenance, issue resolution, and report optimization following a prior data migration from . The successful candidate will support auditing, testing, and data integrity while leveraging new AI features available within Salesforce. This is an opportunity to contribute immediately to improving system efficiency and reliability in a complex, high-impact environment.

Initial 3-month contract opportunity with strong possibility of extension. 40 hours / week (% remote). Part-time options available.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve and clean up existing Salesforce issues across customized configurations
  • Maintain and test Salesforce reports ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Audit system performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Support data and report migration from into Salesforce
  • Utilize AI-enabled Salesforce tools to improve reporting and automation processes

    • Must Haves

  • 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration including customization and maintenance of existing configurations
  • Ability to resolve backlog issues and support auditing and testing of data and reports
  • Exposure to AI tooling and Salesforce AI features for automation and reporting enhancements
  • Understanding of data migration and report building between Salesforce and other legacy systems.
  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

    • Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ongoing Salesforce maintenance after backlog cleanup
