Oracle Fusion Functional Lead; Benefits & Compensation

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Oracle Fusion Functional Lead to own the Benefits & Compensation module and lead functional design and delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud. This role owns end‑to‑end Benefits and Compensation configuration, testing, and go‑live support, partnering closely with HR, Rewards, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams while adhering to Oracle SaaS best practices.

• Lead functional design workshops and document Oracle fit/gap decisions
• Configure Oracle Benefits and Compensation (programs, plans, eligibility, rates, salary structures, grade ladders)
• Ensure integration with Core HR, Payroll, and Absence
• Support data migration, HDL templates, and functional integration validation
• Create and execute functional testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support UAT defect resolution
• Support open enrollment, merit cycles, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare
• Produce configuration documentation, user guides, and support training
• Own Benefits and Compensation workstream deliverables end‑to‑end

• 8+ years of experience with implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud from a functional perspective
• Experience owning 3+ end to end implementations of Oracle Fusion Benefits and Compensation module
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Benefits data model, enrollment processes, and life events
• Experience designing salary structures, grades, grade ladders, and eligibility rules
• Experience with Grade Step Progression and Grade Rate Synchronization
• Experience supporting data conversion, integrations, and testing cycles
• Ability to lead stakeholders and communicate clearly across business and technical teams
