This role will be within our Fin Tech Business i.e.
Dealer track Canada , the country’s leading automotive financing portal, processing over 6.5 million credit applications annually and
Collateral Management (CMS) , a national tech solution that boosts lien and registration services, recovery services, and insolvency management solutions for Canadian Lenders.

The Role:

We’re looking for a
Director of Product to lead key products within our fintech domain. Reporting to the VP of Product, Fintech, you will own the strategy and evolution of products that support automotive lending across Canada while leading a team of Product Managers responsible for delivering meaningful outcomes for lenders and partners.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and business leaders to translate customer needs and market dynamics into clear product direction and measurable outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Own the product vision and strategy for key areas of our fintech platform, setting clear direction and outcomes for your product portfolio
  • Lead and develop Product Managers , building a strong team and helping them grow their product judgment and leadership
  • Partner with leading financial institutions to understand evolving needs and ensure our platform continues to support critical lending workflows
  • Drive cross-functional execution , working closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact products
  • Strengthen product practices , establishing programs, decision frameworks, and operating rhythms that help teams execute effectively
  • Deliver measurable outcomes , ensuring product investments create meaningful value for customers and the business

What you'll bring:

  • 8+ years of product management experience , including experience leading and developing Product Managers
  • Proven experience
    owning product vision, strategy, and outcomes for complex products or platforms
  • Experience working closely with
    enterprise customers or partners to shape product direction
  • Ability to operate effectively in
    complex systems with multiple stakeholders, integrations, and workflows
  • Experience working in
    strong product-led technology organizations
  • Proven ability to collaborate with
    senior leaders across product, engineering, and business teams
  • A track record of
    coaching Product Managers and building high-performing teams
  • Experience in
    fintech, lending, payments, or financial platforms is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

The
base salary range for this position is CAD 155K – CAD 185K.

This range reflects the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Based on the role the total rewards package may also include benefits, bonus, and other employee offerings.
