Position: BDO Senior Functional Consultant for D365 F&O
Drive business efficiency at BDO as a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Engage with clients to implement effective ERP solutions tailored to their needs.
In this key role, you will act as a trusted advisor for D365 F&O Managed Services, with a focus on supporting customers and participating in projects. You will analyze business objectives, enhance operational processes, and deliver essential training to equip staff with the tools to succeed. Your ability to troubleshoot technical issues will help foster client trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary advisor for D365 F&O services

• Assess and enhance client business processes

• Facilitate training for client operational staff

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively

• Apply Microsoft Dynamics methodology for successful project delivery
Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in D365 F&O consulting

• Strong functional expertise in Supply Chain Management

• Preferred certifications in Dynamics 365 disciplines

• Experience with process redesign and documentation

• Highly organized with strong communication skills
