Located in Liberty Village, Toronto, the Specialist will collaborate with Commercial Partnerships, Marketing, and A&R teams. Your mission is to transform complex datasets into insights that enhance campaign planning and optimize fan engagement. Effective communication and strong analytical skills are key for this collaborative position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze audience data for insights
• Conduct thorough analyses of fan demographics
• Identify emerging audience trends and opportunities
• Lead performance reporting across D2C initiatives
• Develop dashboards for tracking key performance metrics
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of experience in audience insights or analytics
• Strong skills in SQL and/or Python
• Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau and Alteryx
• Experience with music audience platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
