Axiom Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with contract availability in North York, Ontario. Provide exceptional IT support and elevate the user experience within the desktop computing environment.
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you'll manage service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely solutions. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, this position requires effective coordination with team members and clients. The ideal candidate brings comprehensive IT support experience and is adept at tackling both routine and complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware and software without violating warranties
• Maintain queue for effective ticket resolution
• Provide updates to Service Now and knowledge bases
• Perform hardware roll-outs and refreshes
• Coordinate problem analyses and recommend solutions
Requirements:
• 3+ years of IT support experience
• A+ certification plus one from Cisco or Microsoft
• High proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Office Suite/O365
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
