STAFFING is partnering with a highly regarded, entrepreneurial commercial real estate asset manager located in downtown Toronto that is looking to add a CRM & Revenue Operations Specialist to its growing team.
This firm is a direct capital provider , investing across debt and equity for its own account and institutional partners. It has built a strong reputation for market insight, disciplined risk management, and consistent execution across all major asset classes .
This is a newly created role driven by growth , ideal for someone who thrives in environments where they can build structure, optimize systems, and translate marketing data into measurable business impact . Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing , you will play a key role in strengthening CRM infrastructure, enhancing analytics capabilities, and supporting the evolution of a more scalable, data-driven marketing function.
What you’ll be doing :• Own CRM data integrity, segmentation, and overall system performance and effectiveness
• Track and analyze lead sources, engagement, and conversion performance to support data-driven decision-making
• Support pipeline optimization and CRM integrations with key marketing platforms
• Assist with paid media campaigns, tagging, tracking, and performance analytics (GA4, GTM, Google Ads)
• Improve audience segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives , and help optimize how CRM systems are used to improve performance, increase efficiency, and ultimately drive revenue growth
Requirements
What you bring:
- Experience in CRM, marketing operations, or digital marketing
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Pipedrive
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and paid media tracking
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Collaborative, proactive, and naturally curious
You’ll be joining a collaborative marketing team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your work will have direct visibility and impact.
Compensation:
- Base: $65,000 – $70,000
- Bonus: 20–30% (performance-based)
What you bring:
3–5 years in CRM, marketing operations, or digital marketing
