A well-established Canadian organization is seeking a D365 CRM Specialist to support and enhance its Dynamics CRM environment by hiring at D365 CRM Specialist. This role will act as the lead CRM analyst and administrator, working closely with marketing, sales, IT, and operational teams to improve system performance, reporting, integrations, and user adoption.
This is a full-time opportunity based in Toronto with 5 days onsite.
Core Responsibilities- Configure, maintain and support the Dynamics CRM platform
- Provide 1st line CRM support and onboarding for users across Canada
- Translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions
- Create and manage workflows, dashboards, reports, and system enhancements
- Support CRM integrations with internal and external systems
- Manage CRM data quality, lead management, and reporting processes
- Develop and deliver CRM user training through LMS 365
- Work closely with Marketing, IT, Sales Operations, and external partners
- Support outbound lead management and email nurturing initiatives
- Monitor CRM adoption and provide regular usage and metrics reporting
- 3+ years of CRM administration experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Understanding of SaaS technologies and CRM best practices
- Experience with CRM reporting, workflows, and data analysis
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, formulas, and linked spreadsheets
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and LMS 365
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
