Network Engineer

Location:

Toronto, ON (3 days onsite)

We are seeking a skilled professional with hands‑on experience supporting enterprise campus and data center network environments. This role focuses on network troubleshooting, performance optimization, security operations, and the implementation and support of network infrastructure and collaboration technologies.

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience working with enterprise campus and data center networks, including 3‑tier and spine‑and‑leaf architectures
• Experience with network firewalls, routers, switches, NAC, and Wi‑Fi
• Hands‑on experience with network protocols including BGP, OSPF (multi‑area), and IPSEC VPN (static and dynamic)
• Hands‑on experience with Client Teams configuration, including Teams devices (Rooms, Phones), call queues, call forwarding, and related features
• Prior work experience at client or in client’s Industry

• Experience with Right Fax (cloud)
• Experience with Python or Power Shell
• Network certifications such as Fortinet NSE4/NSE7, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, MS 720, or similar

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network/system issues
• Investigate network faults and arrange scheduled upgrades and fixes
• Identify, design, and implement new network solutions and improve existing network efficiency
