Project Lead Senior Salesforce Consultant

In this role, you will manage 4-7 client projects while ensuring their successful execution. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, including Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications, your leadership will optimize development efforts. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce solutions, and employing Agile methodologies to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and design future state processes
• Document user stories, tasks, and definitions of done
• Configure Salesforce tools including Apex, workflows, and objects
• Develop comprehensive end-to-end project plans
• Provide training for user adoption of new functionalities
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of Salesforce experience
• Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications
• Strong understanding of Agile project management
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations
• Bachelor's degree or higher
