Position: Senior ERP Specialist for Operations Excellence
Elevate business optimization as a Senior ERP Business Support Specialist, bridging operations and IT. Ensure system enhancements and user support to drive operational success.
This role seeks an experienced Senior IT Functional Support Specialist committed to improving ERP systems for efficiency. You will validate new features, provide day-to-day assistance, and lead various functional projects. Collaboration with stakeholders and documentation upkeep will be crucial in maximizing ERP capabilities and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ERP strategies for business process optimization

• Provide daily functional support to ERP users

• Maintain and update ERP documentation centrally

• Lead functional projects to enhance ERP utilization

• Train and support new users during expansions or acquisitions
Requirements:

• College degree in IT, Business Management, or related field

• 6-8 years of ERP systems experience in manufacturing/distribution

• Strong knowledge of core business processes

• Proficiency in ERP systems and user support

• Bilingual in French and English preferred
