Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 1 day on-site per week)

About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing lifecycle marketing team within a large, established financial services organization. As a Senior Specialist, Lifecycle Marketing, you will play a key role in building and scaling personalized, data-driven marketing journeys that support customer engagement, retention, and long-term growth. You will work closely with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to bring customer experiences to life through automation and smart use of data.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and working in an evolving environment. You will be part of a collaborative, agile team focused on delivering meaningful customer experiences across the full lifecycle, from onboarding to loyalty and re-engagement, while contributing to a major digital transformation initiative.

- You’ll design and build automated customer journeys within a CRM platform, ensuring timely and personalized communications
- In this role, you’ll analyze data flows and identify gaps, creating practical solutions despite system limitations
- You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and IT to translate business needs into technical execution
- You’ll monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize journeys for engagement and ROI
- You’ll troubleshoot and resolve issues within marketing automation workflows to ensure smooth deployment
- You’ll present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support ongoing strategy and improvements
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation roles
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and campaign optimization
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work cross-functionally
- Experience working with data, analytics tools, and performance reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset
