Technical Environment Engineer

Join Dawn Info Tek Inc. as a Technical Environment Engineer, working hybrid in downtown Toronto and North York. This role focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of crucial environments for financial clients.
As a permanent member of the team, you will be responsible for managing incidents and performing advanced troubleshooting in enterprise-scale systems. With a minimum of 1-3 years of experience, you'll leverage your expertise in QA processes and service requests using tools like JIRA and Service Now.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain performance of QAT and non-production environments

• Analyze logs to diagnose system issues

• Facilitate incident triage and root cause analysis

• Partner with application and infrastructure teams

• Ensure effective communication across teams
Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT

• Strong ability to prioritize and manage service requests

• Familiarity with APIs and service integrations

• Experience with AWS, Open Shift, and Dynatrace

• Bachelor's or Diploma in a related field
