Toronto IT Asset Management Specialist

Become a vital part of our team in Toronto as an IT Asset Management Specialist. This onsite contract role focuses on finance coordination and hardware support.
As a Processor Specialist, you will enhance finance operations and oversee hardware asset management. Responsibilities will include coordinating invoicing, managing asset inventories, and assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes. This role ensures that our IT assets are tracked and managed properly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage finance operations and supplier setup tasks

• Perform hardware inventory and asset tagging

• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees

• Process purchase orders and maintain reports

• Oversee telecom/mobile device program activities
Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in relevant areas

• Skilled in inventory management and procurement

• Proficient in MS Office and asset management tools

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Capable of lifting weights up to 15kg/30lbs
