Innocap is seeking a Senior Specialist in Legal Operations to enhance their in-house legal function. With over five years in legal operations or project management, you will collaborate with the General Counsel and legal leaders to streamline processes. Your expertise in legal technology and data analysis will drive efficiencies and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and refine legal processes and workflows
• Develop a legal operations strategy aligned with needs
• Establish KPIs to measure performance improvements
• Evaluate and optimize legal technology solutions
• Lead change initiatives for new processes and tools
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in legal operations or project management
• Proficiency in process improvement and transformation
• Familiarity with legal AI and automation tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with data analysis and BI tools
