In this role, you will utilize your 2-3 years of IT service desk experience to assist users with a range of technical issues. Your responsibilities will include managing support requests, diagnosing hardware and software problems, and maintaining documentation, all while adhering to high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver IT support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
• Resolve user hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage user accounts and perform password resets
• Log and track service requests according to SLAs
• Maintain thorough documentation of service interactions
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in IT support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Educational background in technology or related fields
• Familiarity with ITIL V4 principles preferred
• Understanding of French is an asset
