In the role of Senior Manager, you will be responsible for delivering technology-enabled Oracle ERP solutions tailored to client needs. Your expertise in managing large-scale transformations and building cross-functional teams will be critical. You will utilize your experience in ERP systems to architect complex cloud solutions, enabling strategic business outcomes and facilitating training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle ERP transformation programs with agile methodologies

• Identify and secure significant transformation projects

• Align project scope, budget, and schedule with client goals

• Architect Oracle Cloud solutions across multiple pillars

• Manage and coach cross-functional delivery teams
Requirements:

• 8+ years in Oracle ERP business transformation and delivery leadership

• Completed four or more multi-pillar ERP transformations

• Strong understanding of ERP challenges and innovative solutions

• Experience in government or public sector projects is a plus

• Certification in Oracle Cloud applications desired
