In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing partner relationships and expanding the partner ecosystem at Digital Realty. Your responsibilities will include developing a robust partner funnel, leading training sessions, and advocating for partners within the organization. You’ll work closely with local sales teams to ensure effective co-selling strategies are implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit potential high-performing partners
• Collaborate on joint account planning with sales teams
• Lead partner training sessions on Digital Realty solutions
• Advocate for partner interests within Digital Realty
• Participate in business planning and quarterly reviews
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technology channel sales experience
• Proven ability to foster C-level relationships
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures
• Collaborative mindset with field sales support history
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
