Drive impactful client engagements as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager with Deliverect. Engage high-value clients in hybrid settings to enhance loyalty and revenue.
In this full-time role, you will partner with major clients including restaurants and dark kitchens. Your primary focus will be translating complex data into actionable strategies while managing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities. This position plays a critical role in Deliverect's growth across North America and requires exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement client retention strategies
• Monitor milestones during software implementation
• Provide reporting on customer profitability metrics
• Identify upsell opportunities throughout client lifecycle
• Build strong consultative relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
• Proficiency in Planhat, Hub Spot, and Google Suite
• Strong technical aptitude for business contexts
• Exceptional communication skills across channels
• Relevant degree or equivalent SaaS experience
