Production Support Analyst

• Monitor and maintain production systems across Unix, Windows, Mainframe, and containerized environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to minimize system downtime
• Support and manage workflow automation using Stonebranch
• Manage and support Open Shift containerized applications
• Execute and maintain SQL queries and database operations
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and Python
• Respond to and resolve compliance and IT risk-related incidents
• Document issues, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance
• Participate in on‑call rotations for production support
• Strong experience in Unix/Linux administration including system management, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Experience with Windows Server administration and support
• Expertise in workflow orchestration using Stonebranch
• Hands‑on experience with Open Shift deployment and management
• Knowledge of Mainframe systems and JCL (Job Control Language)
• Strong SQL skills for querying and data management
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and Python
• Understanding of compliance and IT risk frameworks
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proactive approach to compliance and risk mitigation

• Relevant certifications in Unix/Linux, Windows, or cloud platforms (desired)
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus

Salary Range - CA $ 90,000 - CA $ 110,000 Per Year
