Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile datasets with CRM records for accuracy
• Automate data matching using Excel and Power Query
• Validate ambiguous data cases with supporting information
• Document matching processes for repeatability and clarity
• Maintain comprehensive data hygiene in the CRM system
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in data analysis or similar roles
• Proficient in Excel with fuzzy matching capabilities
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of CRM platforms like Salesforce
• Familiar with data validation and quality management
