Position: CRM Data Analyst for Global Asset Management

This contract role spans 12 months within the Global Asset Management sector, reporting directly to the Product Owner, CRM. You'll be part of a cooperative team focused on data accuracy and quality management, utilizing intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Ideal candidates will excel at problem-solving with datasets and enjoy structured documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile datasets with CRM records for accuracy

• Automate data matching using Excel and Power Query

• Validate ambiguous data cases with supporting information

• Document matching processes for repeatability and clarity

• Maintain comprehensive data hygiene in the CRM system
Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in data analysis or similar roles

• Proficient in Excel with fuzzy matching capabilities

• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail

• Understanding of CRM platforms like Salesforce
