This full-time role offers the opportunity to engage directly in a comprehensive Oracle payroll solution, launching in April. You will be integral in designing process flows, addressing compliance, and mentoring newer team members. Your experience will be crucial to successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and implementation
• Gather payroll requirements and create functional designs
• Configure payroll processing and compliance elements
• Support all payroll testing phases and defect resolution
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer efforts
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll
• Previous participation in 3+ Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Strong grasp of payroll processing and multi-country environments
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative settings
• Consulting experience and bilingual skills are advantageous
