Overview
Join as a Solutions Consultant dedicated to customer onboarding and user training in a startup environment. Work closely with the Business Operations Manager to streamline technical implementations and enhance customer experiences. In this role, you will leverage your consulting experience to create productive training programs and maintain essential documentation.
Your technical skills will enable you to configure the Exa Care platform, ensuring it meets customer needs. By capturing user feedback you’ll drive continuous improvement across teams including Customer Success and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities- Design effective onboarding sessions and user guides
- Maintain customer-focused help articles and documentation
- Execute post-mortems and enhance onboarding efficiency
- Collaborate across departments to align on customer workflows
- Configure user environments and manage data imports
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer‑facing consulting role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders
- Fast learner with technical configuration aptitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment
