Join Humber Polytechnic as a Salesforce Administration Specialist focused on the Senior Platform Administrator role. This Austin hybrid position emphasizes administration, integration management, and operational support.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the stability and efficiency of the Salesforce platform, enhancing user experiences via configurations and customizations. Working often with Education Cloud and Marketing Cloud, your efforts will support Humber’s vision for a digital campus. Collaborate with diverse teams to maintain high data quality and facilitate effective training for users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Salesforce platform administration and maintenance
• Configure and customize user-centric solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems
• Prepare user documentation and training materials
• Provide ongoing operational support for features
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce environments
• Proficient in Education and Marketing Clouds
• Strong understanding of user permissions and security
• Experience with incident resolution and data management
