The Senior Infrastructure Integration Specialist is tasked with acting as a subject matter expert in Mainframe operations. Your efforts will enhance the Government of Ontario’s network stability by facilitating hardware migrations, addressing network issues, and maintaining operational frameworks. Emphasizing a customer service approach, you will lead efforts to streamline processes and document necessary procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily Mainframe network operations

• Plan and support hardware platform installations

• Oversee operational change management and incident workflows

• Provide standby support and ticket closure updates

• Articulate network captures and root cause analyses
Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, VTAM, and NDM technologies

• Proven experience in giant-scale Mainframe network support
