Desktop Support Engineer in North York

In this position, you will leverage over three years of experience in IT infrastructure support to manage service requests effectively. Your expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software will be key to maintaining high customer satisfaction while complying with security protocols. Strong communication skills will allow you to triage and prioritize user issues seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first and second-level technical support
• Monitor queues and resolve desktop issues promptly
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel
• Maintain customer satisfaction and compliance standards
• Update Service Now and knowledge base accurately
Requirements:
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure support
• A+ certification and one from Cisco or Microsoft
• Proficiency in Windows 10 & 11, Office Suite/O365
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software
• Self-starter capable of multitasking efficiently
