We are looking for a QA Test Lead with at least three years of experience in the banking sector, particularly with TSYS credit card applications. Your expertise in IT QA, functional testing, and various methodologies will guide the implementation of best practices. Fluency in reporting and system analysis will be crucial for this integral role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set performance goals and monitor software processes

• Create and interpret detailed testing reports

• Analyze systems and troubleshoot software issues

• Use HP ALM, JIRA, and Confluence for test management

• Execute testing with tools such as Maven and Postman
Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years as a Test Lead in TSYS

• Background in banking or financial domains

• Proficient in IT QA methodologies and concepts

• Skilled in reporting and analysis tools

• Familiar with automation testing frameworks
