Position: Senior Business Analyst for Performance Insights )

Join Life Labs as a Senior Business Analyst focused on Performance Management & Insights. Drive data-informed decisions by developing Power BI dashboards and operational KPIs to enhance business performance. This role reports to the Senior Manager and requires advanced skills in data analysis, Power BI, SQL, and Python.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance operational reporting capabilities
Create comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards
Monitor and evolve critical KPIs for performance tracking
Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
Use Python and SQL for advanced data analysis

Requirements:

5+ years in data analysis or business intelligence
Solid experience with Power BI, SQL, and Python
Ability to apply statistical concepts for business insights
Effective communication of complex analyses to stakeholders
Attention to detail and data governance
