Reporting to the Senior Manager of CRM, you will manage email journeys focused on customer engagement. This role requires creating audience segmentations and technical email builds, along with comprehensive data reporting and analysis. Your performance-driven mindset will be essential for optimizing campaigns and enhancing customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement CRM Email Journey programs
• Create personalized email audience segmentations
• Manage automated email assets across various activations
• Analyze customer journeys and identify new touchpoints
• Track and report on automation performance metrics
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in CRM, Online Marketing, or DTC
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics
• Strong HTML, CSS, and basic SQL skills
• Knowledge of data compliance laws (CASL, GDPR)
• Operational data understanding for marketing communications
