Position: Integrated Scenario Testing Manager at RBC
Elevate operational resilience as the Integrated Scenario Testing Manager at RBC in Toronto. Lead supplier exit strategy testing and business continuity planning through dynamic tabletop exercises.
In this full-time role, you will collaborate with Operational Resiliency and Disaster Recovery teams to design and execute effective testing strategies. Your expertise will enhance compliance with regulations, identify operational gaps, and improve resilience plans. Engage with cross-functional teams while creating actionable dashboards and comprehensive reports to monitor testing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and track key risk indicators for testing programs

• Execute tabletop exercises for supplier exit scenarios

• Collaborate with procurement and IT teams for realistic designs

• Document lessons learned and process improvements

• Develop interactive dashboards for stakeholders
Requirements:

• Degree in risk management or related field

• 1-2 years in supplier management or disaster recovery

• Experience in conducting tabletop exercises

• Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau

• Strong problem-solving and presentation skills
