What

You’ll Do Role
  • Act as a strategic partner to product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders, translating complex requirements into user‑centric design solutions.
  • Facilitate engaging collaboration sessions with stakeholders and design peers to foster shared understanding and drive design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with design researchers, visual designers, and content designers to craft well‑rounded design solutions that balance user needs with business objectives.
  • Partner with the development team to ensure seamless translation of design into exceptional experiences at the code level.
  • Leverage data and research insights to inform and guide every stage of the design process.
  • Identify and champion common design patterns and opportunities to scale design efforts efficiently across interconnected experiences.
  • Apply lateral thinking and design thinking methodologies to re‑frame challenges and address the root client needs with innovative solutions.
  • Proactively manage multiple projects, effectively prioritizing your workload, and independently balancing demands in an agile environment.
  • Support design peers in managing competing demands across various initiatives, fostering a cohesive and productive design community.
What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a seasoned designer with a proven track record of delivering groundbreaking digital solutions and a passion for creating impactful user experiences.

Must‑Have Qualifications
  • 10+ years of deep expertise in interaction design, encompassing user flows, wire framing, and prototyping of complex digital products.
  • A strong systems‑thinking mindset, capable of designing holistically across interconnected experiences while adeptly navigating business and technical constraints.
  • Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in accessibility (e.g., WCAG guidelines) and a commitment to designing inclusive experiences for all users.
  • Extensive experience working with and contributing to design systems and standardized libraries of assets, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Familiarity with front‑end technologies and a clear understanding of how design translates into development.
  • Proven ability to partner deeply with product owners and business analysts to define requirements from a strategic design perspective.
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading productive stakeholder sessions.
  • Experience in documenting design decisions comprehensively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

  • Prior experience or understanding of financial services.
  • A curiosity and ability to seek inspiration and examples from outside the immediate domain to drive innovation.
