Senior Manager – Oracle Business Application Consulting

PwC’s business application consulting team delivers consulting services to optimize operational efficiency across various industries. The Senior Manager works with clients to analyse needs, implement Oracle software solutions, provide training and support, and enable strategic outcomes.

• Lead delivery of business‑led, technology‑enabled Oracle ERP transformation programs using agile design, development and implementation methodologies.
• Identify, develop and win significant Oracle ERP transformation projects.
• Define, monitor and deliver on project scope, schedule and budget by aligning with client business goals.
• Architect complex Oracle Cloud solutions across multiple pillars (ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM).
• Manage diverse, cross‑functional teams and coach staff to achieve their potential.
• Lead business development activities: write proposals, respond to RFPs, and develop PwC Oracle methodologies and assets.
• Manage third‑party and offshore resources.

• 8+ years of proven experience as a delivery leader in large‑scale Oracle ERP business transformation and implementation.
• Completed at least four Oracle ERP transformations, including multi‑pillar implementations.
• In‑depth understanding of ERP and business challenges and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
• Government and public‑sector experience is an asset.
• Delivery leader or solution architect experience for Oracle Cloud cross‑pillar engagements (ERP with HCM or ERP with SCM) is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and experience communicating with senior client stakeholders and executives.
• Certification in Oracle Cloud applications or equivalent experience strongly desired.

The role requires some travel. For Quebec‑based opportunities, proficiency in French is required; outside Quebec, French is an asset.

Salary range: $168,000 – $218,000 (based on city centre location). Base salary is determined by skills, experience, qualifications and work location. Eligible employees may participate in variable incentive pay programs that reward individual and firm‑wide achievements.
