• Enforce development standards and governance across BI tools

• Standardize metric definitions and maintain the report catalog
Requirements:

• 7+ years in BI or analytics roles, with 2+ years in leadership

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficient in agile delivery practices

• Experience in healthcare analytics is advantageous
