Act as a key advisor in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. Utilize your knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and ORC to drive successful functional projects and support client needs.
Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience. You will lead configuration efforts, participate in workshops, and design solutions that meet client specifications, while mentoring up-and-coming consultants. The role emphasizes collaboration with integration teams to ensure smooth implementations, fostering continuous improvement post-go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Oracle Fusion HCM module configurations
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops
• Design functional solutions and prepare workbooks
• Support testing phases and UAT activities
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship
Requirements:
• 7+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
• Strong experience across multiple HCM modules
• At least 3 completed implementations in a lead role
• Proficient communication and client management
• Additional language skills are an asset
Your Oracle HCM proficiency will be instrumental in creating impactful solutions while mentoring others.
