This role offers a unique chance to build an SDR team from the ground up while driving early-stage outreach for cybersecurity solutions. With 3-5 years of SDR experience required and preferred mentorship skills, you’ll develop processes and metrics that enhance team performance in collaboration with sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead outreach and prospecting for target segments
• Develop and execute outbound prospecting plans
• Qualify leads, ensuring a clean pipeline in Hub Spot
• Establish SDR success metrics and track performance
• Mentor and lead a small team of SDRs to scale efforts
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in SDR or BDR within SaaS
• Leadership experience preferred, with a record of success
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized and comfortable in ambiguous roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
