As the manager, you will design and implement integration strategies across Oracle HCM and ensure a high level of governance in data conversions. Collaborate with stakeholders to align efforts and provide guidance to integration developers. This is an ideal role for professionals experienced in leading Oracle Cloud projects and who are passionate about driving transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and lead integration strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud
• Manage integrations with downstream ERP systems
• Lead data conversion strategy and HDL design efforts
• Provide leadership to technical integration teams
• Ensure security and scalability of integrations
Requirements:
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in Oracle Integration Cloud
• Proven success in leading Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations
• In-depth understanding of HDL and Oracle Cloud systems
• Capable of operating in a management role
• Bilingual French/English considered a strong advantage
